Our contract
When you register for a Zing conference, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your registration containing the details of your registration. Your registration represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your registration (the "Registration Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Registration Confirmation E-mail to you. Any items which were contained within your original offer (registration) which we have not confirmed in a Registration Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract.

Cancellation policy

> 180 days 75%

180 - 141 days 50%

140 - 101 days 25%

<= 100 days No refund

Cooling-off period
If you cancel within 7 days of paying,
then we will refund your payment fully.

Please note these cancellation charges apply to all of the people in your group and all of the nights for which you book accommodation.
For example, you can substitute delegates or accompanying persons at any time up to 30 days before the conference starts.
Delegates who require visas, see below.

Travel / Entry Requirements
You are required to secure your own travel arrangements and any necessary entry visa requirements.
This is not the responsibility of Zing or any individuals associated with this conference.
If, however, you have paid for registration for one of our conferences, but not managed to obtain a visa, then we will give you a full refund.
