Poster Session Information
For the Poster Session every attendee including all the senior speakers, are offered the opportunity to display a portrait-oriented A0 sized poster depicting their research. We do not operate an approval process for posters – should you wish to present one, you will be given the opportunity to do so. You may also present multiple posters and only request you inform us in advance of your intention.
Delegates are then free to view and discuss the content with the authors in a relaxed environment which allows 1-2-1 time with other participants, the ability to further question points raised during a presentation, provide a preview of the subject material of an upcoming presentation, is an excellent opportunity to explore research cross-over, is a perfect platform for displaying your current work topics and offers fantastic networking opportunities for future collaborations.
When printing your poster, please ensure it does not exceed A0 in size and it is portrait in orientation. We ask the delegates to print their own posters for these sessions.
When registering at the Zing desk, please hand your clearly labelled poster to any member of the Zing staff who will keep your poster secure, and hang the document on your behalf.
For conferences where large numbers of Posters will be displayed, we will allocate Poster Numbers to correspond to the boards where your poster should be mounted. In this case we would request you mount your poster yourself at the correct board. Suitable materials to mount your poster will be supplied.
At the end of the conference, you may retrieve your poster or any left unclaimed shall be destroyed to protect any confidential information.
